Please note these instructions are aimed at phones with no mail account setup, If you have an account already setup and wish to add another, open your mail client, open the settings and click 'Add account' then start at step 3.
1) On your Android device/Phone navigate and click the 'Mail' icon.
3) Enter your full email address that you created in cPanel and the password you gave it at the time you created it. If you have not created your email account in cPanel please do that now, the FAQ found here will be able to help. Click 'MANUAL SETUP' to continue.
4) Select 'IMAP ACCOUNT', our servers do support POP3, this FAQ is going to use IMAP as it's normally better suited for checking mail via multi devices.
5) Change the username to being the full email address, set the incoming server to being mail.yourdomainname.co.nz, replace 'yourdomainname.co.nz' with your actual domain name and set the Security type to 'TLS (Accept all certificates)' as shown in the image. TLS is a newer version of SSL. (more settings for this page in the following steps).
6) Under outgoing server, change the SMTP server to being mail.yourdomainname.co.nz, replace 'yourdomainname.co.nz' with your actual domain name, set the Security type to 'TLS (Accept all certificates)' and change the port to 26 as shown in the image. (More settings for this page in the following step).
7) Enter the username as the full email address, and password as you created it when you created the email account. Click 'SIGN IN'.
8) You should now be taken to your inbox and your email account checked. If you receive any errors please contact us and provide the error you received.
